Shipping options for your convenience

You can choose between 3 different delivery options. You can make the choice in the checkout process of your order.

  1. You can have your package delivered to your home or another address of your choice , such as your work.
  2. You can have your package delivered to a pickup shop or collection point near you.
  3. You can have your package delivered FREE of charge to one of our Sienna stores : Sienna Antwerp or Sienna Ghent.

For the first 2 delivery options we work together with PostNL.

We deliver in the Benelux and in France and Germany. We can also deliver to other countries. Please contact us at info@siennagoodies.com so we can make you a personalized proposal.

Shipping costs: Simple and Transparent!

Shipping costs depend on (i) the country your order is being shipped to and (ii) whether you have your order delivered to a private or other address (e.g. work) or whether you have it delivered to a pickup shop or collection point. Having it delivered to a pickup shop or collection point is cheaper and gives you the opportunity to collect your order when it suits you (your package will remain available for you in the pickup shop for 7 calendar days). Collection of your order from a Sienna store is free.

Delivery to a private address or address of your choice
Shipping costs are 5.95 euros for a delivery within Belgium. For the countries surrounding us, the shipping costs are as follows: for the Netherlands 6.95 euros; Luxembourg 10.50 euros; Germany 11.50 euros; and for France 14.50 euros.

Is your order bigger than 125 euros and is it delivered in Belgium or the Netherlands? Yay! We will cover the shipping costs!

Delivery to a PostNL pickup shop / collection point near you
Shipping costs are 4.95 euros for delivery within Belgium and 5.95 euros for the Netherlands. In other countries, delivery to a pickup shop / pick-up point is unfortunately not possible.

Here too, we will cover the shipping costs if the order is greater than 125 euros and is delivered in Belgium or the Netherlands!

Picking up an order at a Sienna store
If you intend to collect your order from one of our stores in Antwerp (Sienna Antwerp) or Ghent (Sienna Ghent), there will of course be no shipping costs.

Notes:

  • For deliveries outside Belgium and the Netherlands, shipping costs are always fixed, regardless of the order value.
  • If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, or you have not collected your package in time at a chosen collection point, and your package is returned to us, we can redeliver it to you upon payment of the transport costs for the second delivery. If you cancel the second delivery, the transport costs and administration (incl return-to-sender) costs of € 2.50 will be charged when calculating your refund.
  • For deliveries to islands an island surcharge may apply. Please contact us for further information regarding these charges via email (info@siennagoodies.com).
  • Sometimes we get questions about why we charge shipping (and return) costs. In this link we explain why we do this.

*) Shipping costs apply to packages with the following sizes: Size: max. length 175cm; max. circumference 300cm (2x height + 2x width + length). Weight: max. 21kg.

Delivery Times: What You Need to Know

Deliveries by PostNL
Delivery of your package within the Benelux normally takes place within 1-3 working days, including Saturdays.

Deliveries to France and Germany generally take place within 1-4 working days.

During holiday and sales/promotion periods, delivery may take a little longer. Deliveries to islands may also take longer. Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (strikes, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, etc.) may also cause your package to take a little longer to arrive. There are no deliveries during national holidays.

Important: If you have any questions or concerns regarding the delivery of your package, please know that you can always contact us via info@siennagoodies.com. We can then request the exact status of your delivery for you and will be happy to follow up on the delivery for you.

Pick up at selected Sienna store
When your package is ready in the store of your choice, you will receive a confirmation email.

If your order is sent to Sienna Antwerp, your package will normally be ready in the late afternoon of the working day following the day you placed your order. Orders placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM will normally be ready in the late afternoon of the following Monday.

If your order is sent to Sienna Gent, it will take a little longer before your order is ready for you in the store in question. All orders are processed in our webshop office in Antwerp. Every Wednesday or Friday, the pickup orders for Sienna Gent are sent to the store in question and normally arrive there the next day. As mentioned before, when your package is ready in the store of your choice, you will receive a confirmation email.

We will then hold the package for you for 7 days, so you can come by whenever it suits you.

Always Informed: How We Inform You!

After you have placed your order and paid, you will automatically receive an email with a confirmation and overview of your order.

Later, when your package has actually been sent, you will receive an email from us / PostNL with 'Track & Trace' information regarding your package. It is also interesting that on the day of delivery of your order you can get a one-hour time window in which your package will be delivered. This is useful to manage your day planning so that you can receive your package. Via the PostNL app you can follow all information regarding the delivery of your order via your track & trace number.

You can also track the status of your package in your account on our webshop.

Frequently asked questions regarding deliveries

Can I also have my order delivered to my work address?

If you are not at home during the normal delivery times of our delivery services, we can also send your order to another address.

When placing your order, you have the option to specify a separate delivery address in addition to your home address. There you can enter the address where you want your package to be delivered: at your work, at your neighbors, at someone in your family, ...

I haven't received my package yet. Has it been sent yet?

When your package has left with the carrier, you will receive an email from us / the carrier with 'Track & Trace' information regarding your package. You can follow your entire delivery in detail at any time using this track & trace information. You can also follow all information regarding the delivery of your order via the PostNL app using your track & trace number.

However, if you did not see this email, you can still view the status of your order via your Sienna Goodies account.

We are happy to track your delivery on your behalf with PostNL and have access to their extensive tracking systems. This way we can quickly find out what the status is of the delivery of your package.

What if the transport service employee is at my door when I am not at home?

The transport employee will come by once with your package.

After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, the transport employee will try to deliver your package to your neighbors or deliver it the same day to a PostNL pickup shop or collection point near you. Here you can then pick up your package whenever you want (within 7 working days). Know that PostNL has more than 3000 pickup shops in the Benelux, so there is certainly one near you!

It is important to know that after the unsuccessful delivery attempt, the transport employee will also leave a note for you in your mailbox with all relevant information about your package, including the pickup shop where he/she will deliver your package. You can also always retrieve this information in the PostNL app via your track & trace number.
