Payment at Sienna Goodies

We work with the secure payment environment and connection (SSL) of Mollie. We have chosen Mollie as a partner because they have many years of experience in delivering secure and easy online payment solutions and are a leading provider of multi-channel payment services. Mollie guarantees a 100% secure processing of payments, regardless of the chosen payment method at Sienna Goodies.

Whether you use Bancontact/MisterCash, Visa or MasterCard or another payment method, the transaction always takes place via a site secured with several firewalls directly between Mollie and you, the buyer. Neither Sienna Goodies nor third parties will see your card number or other information.

Mollie verifies, among other things, the validity of your card, card number and access rights of your credit card and sends Sienna Goodies a message when everything is in order and the payment will be made.

How can I pay?

At Sienna Goodies you can choose from different payment options:

• Online banking (i.e. Bancontact/Mister Cash, iDEAL, KBC/CBC Online, ING Home'Pay, Belfius Direct Net)
• Online payment systems (ie PayPal)
• Credit card (ie VISA, Master Card)
• Sienna gift card

As soon as your payment is completed, you will immediately receive a payment confirmation email. A confirmation will also appear on your Sienna Goodies screen that you can print out. For payments via online banking, online payment systems, credit card or Sienna gift card, we can immediately see whether the payment has been successful and we will process your order immediately.

Online banking

Bancontact / Mister Cash (Belgium)
With Bancontact/Mister Cash you can pay safely and quickly online. Choose this payment method on Sienna Goodies, fill in your card number and expiration date and you will be automatically redirected to the trusted site of your bank. Here you will be asked to check the amount and to log in and pay with 'Digipass'. Currently, online payment with your BC/MC card is supported by Fintro, Fortis, ING, Belfius, CBC, KBC, AXA and VDK Spaarbank.

iDEAL (Netherlands)
With iDEAL you can safely and easily pay for your online purchases, simply with your own bank card on the trusted website of your bank. To use iDEAL you do not have to register, download files or create an account. If you use internet banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers, you can pay directly with iDEAL. Easy, safe and fast.

KBC/CBC Online / ING Home'Pay / Belfius Direct Net
Secure payment systems exclusively for customers of the relevant banks: Click on the relevant payment button of your bank and follow the procedure. You make your payment in the secure environment of your own bank and use your card reader, Digipass or other 'security module' to safely , quick and easy to pay.

Immediately
Sofort Banking is a popular payment method available in several European countries and is very popular in Germany. Sofort Banking integrates directly with your bank, making payments easy. This payment method is similar to a (direct) bank transfer, with the main difference being that the customer only needs to verify the payment, reducing other risks associated with traditional bank transfers.

Online payment systems

PayPal
Another safe and fast way to pay is with PayPal. A PayPal account is an online account where your credit card or bank account is linked to your email address. The advantage is that you only have to fill in your details once and can then make payments using your email address and your personal password.

Credit card

Visa & Mastercard
Paying online with a credit card is easy and safe. First select your credit card (we currently accept Visa and Mastercard). Then enter your credit card number and expiry date. When these are checked and everything is correct, the amount will be debited from your credit card.

Sienna gift card

If you want to use a Sienna gift card, you can do so in step 3. Payment overview at Redeem gift card. You can enter the gift card code and verification number using the plus sign.
